Named for the birthstone I’ve shared with my mother and the protective qualities of the violet amethyst, these sessions allow you the time and spaciousness to dive deeply into ways of meeting your inner authentic self.
Amethyst Opening sessions are private 4-hour (or longer) intensive sessions.
Taking inspiration from the practices of the ancient mystery schools and informed by Tibetan, Hawaiian, Egyptian, yogic and native traditions, I craft each session individually for you. Through ceremonial ritual, perceptual activation, breathing exercises, meditation, guided imagery and divination, Amethyst Opening sessions support you to open the eye of your heart to awaken and expand toward intimacy with yourself and to discover more of who you are.
